Connecticut is the nation's seventh worst state if you are looking to start a business, according to a new study from website WalletHub.
Connecticut ranked below or average in a number of key categories, including 40th in average growth in number of small businesses, 42nd in office space affordability, 45th in cost of living, and 47th in labor costs.
The state did rank eighth in "access to resources," which includes financing accessibility, human-capital availability, high-education assets, and share of college-educated population.
