Interstate 95 in Norwalk has fully reopened after a tractor-trailer fire partially closed the highway on Monday.
State Dept. of Transportation officials said a tractor-trailer fire closed the right and center lanes of I-95 north between exits 16 and 17. The highway has since fully reopened.
It's unclear if anyone was injured in the fire.
