Sydney Boyo is a reporter and Multimedia Journalist Associate at NBC Connecticut. Sydney's previous experiences at CNBC's San Francisco bureau and ESPN have honed her skills in digital tech documentaries and video content production.

Sydney earned a B.S. in Communications from the University of Miami, specializing in Broadcast Journalism and International Studies; she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.

A proud member of the NABJ and hailing from Atlanta, Sydney is passionate about storytelling and connecting with her audience. When not chasing stories, she enjoys reading, playing tennis, watching sports, and exploring new destinations. Sydney is excited about covering diverse narratives across Connecticut and following along with Connecticut’s many basketball teams.
