Canterbury Pool Company Owner Files for Bankruptcy

In October 2021, NBC Connecticut first introduced viewers to a few of the families claiming that Brian Roy had taken their money and not delivered on the pools they paid for. Now, we’ve learned there’s about 40 customers and vendors making similar claims against Roy’s Pools and that he’s filed for bankruptcy.
