Route 8 North has reopened after a crash that resulted in a car fire in Seymour Tuesday morning, according to state police.
The crash and car fire happened between Exits 21 and 22.
There were no injuries, according to a dispatcher.
The highway was closed just before noon, but the scene has since been cleared.
