A second Connecticut resident has died due to complications from COVID-19, the novel coronavirus, according to Gov. Ned Lamont.
He said the 91-year-old New Canaan man was treated at Norwalk Hospital.
“Our hearts are with his family and friends at this difficult time,” Lmont Tweeted.
