Connecticut's daily COVID-19 positivity rate has decreased to 2.31% from Tuesday's 2.88%.
According to Governor Ned Lamont's office, 13,727 tests have been reported since Tuesday and 317 were positive.
There are 98 patients hospitalized with COVID-19 throughout the state, down 15 from Tuesday. Of the 98 patients hospitalized, 42 (42.9%) are not fully vaccinated, according to officials.
