Gov. Ned Lamont said the state's COVID-19 positivity rate slightly increased to 3.59%.
Hospitalizations declined by 13 over the past three days, bringing the total to 389.
An additional nine people have died from the virus since Friday. Connecticut's death toll is now 7,841.
With an increase of 2,976 positive coronavirus cases, the state is just shy of 300,000 total positive tests since March 2020.

More CT Residents Are COVID-19 Vaccinated
The Department of Public Health announced Monday that more than 1 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in Connecticut.
According to Lamont, 1,042,185 first doses have been given out and 584,155 second doses have been administered.
Below is a breakdown of the percentage of people vaccinated per age group:
- 75 and up: 79%
- 65 to 74: 76%
- 55 to 64: 53%
- 45 to 54: 22%
- All adults over 16: 36%
The governor said Connecticut is on track to opening vaccination up to all people 16 and up on April 5.
