Several people were hospitalized after a five-car crash in New Hartford on Tuesday afternoon.
The crash on Route 202 was reported just before 12:30 p.m. and two Lifestar helicopters, as well as several ambulances, were sent to the scene.
Two people were airlifted to hospitals. Others were transported by ambulance. No additional information was released about injuries.
Police blocked off Route 202 between Stedman and Steele Roads while they investigated the crash. The road reopened just before 5 p.m.
The crash happened near the Browns Corner Recreation Area.
