As Raymond Clark III is sentenced on Friday for killing Yale graduate student Annie Le, Le's family will be there and will speak during the court appearance.
Clark will be sentenced for killing Le in September 2009 and stuffing her body into a wall at a Yale University research center. Le was a graduate student who worked at the lab and Clark cared for the lab mice and cleaned the floors.
Several members of Le's family are traveling from California for the sentencing, but it's unclear which relatives will speak, reports the Hartford Courant.
Clark pleaded guilty to Le's murder under the Alford doctrine, which means he doesn't admit guilt, but concedes there is enough evidence to convict him. Clark also pleaded guilty to attempted sexual assault.
The agreement calls for a 44-year sentence.
