
A boat that was heading from Connecticut to North Carolina and was feared missing has been found and everyone on board is safe.
The U.S. Coast Guard said there were three people aboard, and the boat had not arrived at its destination.

The U.S. Coast Guard D1 Command Center said the boat “Hot Chocolate,” which left New Haven, Connecticut, was found disabled 46 miles south of Fire Island on Tuesday.

The boat was heading to Ocracoke, North Carolina. A good Samaritan found the boat, and a Coast Guard aircraft was called in to assist.
All three people onboard were found safe and no injuries were reported.
