A 77-year-old Stratford woman has serious injuries after a crash on Interstate 95 South in Madison Wednesday afternoon, according to state police.
The crash happened around 2:15 p.m. and three vehicles were involved, according to state police.

The Stratford woman was taken to Yale New Haven Hospital after suffering serious injuries.
A 43-year-old New Haven man sustained minor injuries in the crash and was taken to the same hospital.

The highway was closed between exits 61 and 60 and congestion spanned several miles.
