Drivers stuck in traffic after a crash on Route 15 in New Haven Monday.

Route 15 North in New Haven is closed between exits 59 and 60 because of a three-vehicle crash, according to CT Travel Smart.

An NBC Connecticut photographer reported that traffic has been at a standstill for at least 40 minutes.
