CT delegation supports organizations in Puerto Rico

Amilcar Hernandez was born in Puerto Rico and now lives in Connecticut. He is the treasurer for the Coalition of Puerto Rican Parades of Connecticut, which will donate $1,500 to four separate organizations on the island.
