Danbury police took a man into custody after he fired shots out the window of a home on Wildman Street Wednesday.
Police said the man allegedly fired out his apartment window, and the incident was caught on camera by neighbors.
He was intoxicated, according to police. The SWAT team responded to the scene and secured the area.
The man allegedly came out peacefully. He faces charges including breach of peace and unlawful discharge of a firearm, according to authorities.
