The FBI is conducting a federal investigation in Portland.
Portland police said the FBI investigation was on Penfield Hill Road near Fox Run Road and there was an active police scene.
Police said this was not their investigation and the FBI contacted them to let them know it was happening.
The FBI said only that this is an ongoing federal investigation.
