Hartford will hold the inaugural “Winterfair: Hartford’s Holiday Market” event.
It will be a 23-day market at Pratt Street and Trumbull Street and it will run on select weekends and weekdays from Black Friday until New Year’s Eve.
It will feature more than 100 small businesses, from retail and food trucks to craftsmakers and creatives.
