Police have not released her name, but said she is from the East End of Bridgeport.

According to investigators, it appears this was a violent domestic assault where the woman knew her attacker.

Police said just before noon on Tuesday that there are no outstanding suspects in the homicide.

Stratford police said they responded to Saint Michael's Cemetery early Tuesday morning and found the 28-year-old man. They said he died from what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
