Medical Experts Concerned About Healthcare for Ukranians Amid Crisis

Dr. Leo Wolansky is the president of the Ukrainian Medical Association of North America and chair of the department of radiology at UConn Health. He wrote to the president and Congressional leaders about the crisis in Ukraine. He spoke with NBC Connecticut about that letter and the concerns about Ukraine.
