Customers on Metro-North’s new Haven line experienced delays of up to 15 minutes between Stamford and Grand Central Terminal because of signal problems in Stamford this morning, but service is now back on track.
The delays were scattered, according to Metro-North.
Over the weekend, Metro-North was providing substitute bus service on the Waterbury branch because of slippery rail conditions and an earlier disabled train in the vicinity of Derby/Shelton.
Train service resumed with the 5:52A a.m. train leaving Waterbury.
