Police have identified a motorcyclist that died in a crash on Interstate 95 in Milford Friday night.
Crews responded to an accident involving a motorcycle and truck on I-95 North at about 7:20 p.m.
Firefighters said the crash happened just before exit 39A. The motorcyclist sustained life threatening injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. He has been identified as 33-year-old Victor Ryan Forbes, of West Haven.
The northbound side of the highway and the exit 39A off ramp were closed, but have since reopened.

Troopers said a truck towing a trailer drifted between the left and center lane, colliding with a motorcycle. The truck driver was not injured.
According to police, the truck driver displaced signs of impairment and failed field sobriety tests at the scene. He was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. The driver is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 12.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene. The crash remains under investigation and anyone with information is asked to contact Trooper Allen at 203-696-2500.
