A 28-year-old man from Bridgeport was shot in New Haven Thursday night.
Police said it happened in the area of Columbus Avenue and Ella Grasso Boulevard around 11:25 p.m. The victim was taken to Yale New Haven Hospital for treatment and his condition was not immediately clear.
