A Norwich man sustained serious injuries in a crash on Interstate 395 South in Montville on Saturday night.
Police said Justin Labriola, 28, of Norwich, was thrown from his Volkswagen GTI when he went off the road, hit a pole and a sign and flipped over.
He was originally transported to William W. Backus Hospital, then flown to Hartford Hospital.
Police are investigating the crash and ask witnesses to call state police Troop E at 860-848-6500.
