A pedestrian was injured after being hit by a car in Hartford Monday night.
Hartford police said they responded to Franklin Avenue for a reported pedestrian crash.
The person is alert and conscious, police said. Their injuries appear to be minor, according to fire officials.
The driver fled the scene. No additional information was immediately available.
