A woman was seriously injured in a motor vehicle crash that happened in Enfield Monday night.
Enfield police were called to a crash involving two SUVs at about 5:20 p.m. It happened on Palomba Drive at the intersection of Cranbrook Boulevard.
Authorities said a woman in her 70s was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The other driver, a 25-year-old man, was arrested for driving under the influence, according to police.

The road was closed near Cranbrook Boulevard but has since reopened.
