A recreational vehicle caught fire overnight in New Milford and the flames spread to the garage it was parked next to.
The call reporting the fire at 23 Mount Tom Road came in just after 2 a.m.
The RV was destroyed by flames.
Once the fire lept to the garage, the rear of that structure suffered the most damage.
Firefighters quickly put the fire out and cleared the scene.
There were no reported injuries and there is no word on the cause of the fire.
