Scientists work to get rid of invasive plant called Hydrilla in CT waterways

There’s an invasive water plant called Hydrilla that is infesting Connecticut waterways. In some cases, it’s making it hard to boat on the water. Environmental officials are working on a plan to get rid of it but aren’t sure how traditional treatment methods will affect it.
