A road in downtown Stamford that was closed due to a serious crash on Monday night has reopened.
The police department said Washington Boulevard was closed at the intersection with Bridge Street.
Drivers were asked to stay away from the area.
Authorities did not release any additional details about the crash or say how many people were injured.
