A man and a woman were taken to the hospital with serious injuries after a motorcycle crash on Route 63 in Litchfield.
State police responded to the crash scene, near Webster Road, around 3:35 p.m. on Monday. They said the motorcycle the man and woman were on hit the back of an Audi Q5 that was stopped in traffic on Route 62 in the area of Webster Road.
State police said a 52-year-old Watertown man and a 46-year-old Watertown woman, were taken to hospitals with serious injuries.
A LifeStar helicopter was called to the scene, state police said.

The crash remains under investigation.
