Tenants displaced by Hartford apartment fire seek assistance from city hall

Tenants of Hartford’s Concord Hills apartment complex met with Hartford Mayor Arunan Arulampalam with several demands regarding improved housing conditions. They have been living in emergency housing since a fire damaged the building in mid-August.
