HuskyTHON raises record-breaking $2 million for Connecticut Children's

This year's HuskyTHON raised a record-breaking $2 million for Connecticut Children's this weekend.

Over 4,000 students danced at the Storrs campus for 18 hours as they raised money for families at Connecticut Children's.

According to HuskyTHON, this year, they raised a record breaking $2,102,853.03. Organizers say this is the first time HuskyTHON has broken the $2 million mark.

Last year, students raised over $1.7 million for Connecticut Children's.

Over the last 26 years, more than $15 million has been raised at the fundraiser.
