Interstate 95 North in Stratford has reopened after a tractor-trailer fire prompted lane closures and caused delays on Wednesday morning.
The tractor-trailer fire fully closed the northbound side of the highway at one point. Then the highway partially reopened with one lane closed. The entire highway has since fully reopened.
The I-95 Northbound exit 30 onramp was also briefly closed. It has also since reopened.
During the morning, there was a little over two miles of congestion in the area between exits 27A and 31.

State police said one person was transported to the hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation.
