What's behind a big spike in Connecticut traffic deaths in 2022

Data from the Connecticut Department of Transportation and UConn shows there was a 22% increase in traffic deaths last year compared to deaths in 2021. That puts Connecticut in the top five across the country for the biggest increase in traffic deaths last year. Transportation officials say the increase is due to the behavior of drivers.
