Kim Richards is ready to get some help.
Less than two weeks after being arrested and later charged with public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer and battery on a police officer, the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star has entered a rehab facility, multiple reports confirm.
"Kim went to rehab finally because she got arrested, she humiliated her kids and she wants to avoid jail," a source told People. E! News has reached out to Richards' team for comment.
The decision to seek treatment comes just days before her interview with Dr. Phil McGraw is scheduled to air. In a sneak preview that debuted last week, the 50-year-old Bravo star admitted to struggling with her sobriety.
"I poured a drink of vodka, and I thought, 'Oh my God, what have I done?'" she told McGraw. "I'm beating myself up over this." Things turn from emotional to heated, however, when the host delves deeper into Richards' issues.

"Are you living a lie telling everybody, 'I've been sober for three years?'" he asks before adding, "You are drunk in a bar fighting with a cop. That is not good mothering."

With her kids nearby watching the interview, Richards finds the situation to be too much. "Is this an intervention?" she asks before storming out of the interview. "I'm sorry, I can't."
Back in December 2011, Richards checked into an undisclosed treatment facility to address her issues with substance abuse. More than one month later, her sister and co-star Kyle Richards confirmed that her sibling was getting treatment.
"We're very happy to report that Kyle told me exclusively off the air Kim is actually out of rehab!" Ryan Seacrest revealed to his radio listeners at the time. "She assured us, despite reports to the contrary, Kim is not drinking or partying at all, and is on the road to recovery."
Richards' behavior has been documented on several seasons of the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." During the season one finale, both Kim and Kyle had a fight on camera that caused one family member to reveal a big secret.
"You are an alcoholic!" Kyle screamed while cameras rolled. "Yeah, that's right. I've said it now and everybody knows."
Fast-forward seven seasons later and Kim Richards was still being asked about whether or not she was succeeding with her sobriety. In fact, she admitted to taking a pain pill belonging to her cancer-stricken ex-husband at cast member Eileen Davidson's poker party.
TMZ was first to report Richards had entered rehab.
