At least one incident from a dark period in Chris Brown's life is going to fade into memory without further complications for the troubled singer.
The R & B star has settled a lawsuit with a photographer who accused the star's bodyguards of roughing him up while he attempted to snap pictures last year, reports the Associated Press.
Radar Online first broke news of the settlement between Brown and Robert Rosen, who sued in May 2009 claiming that he was injured after being chashed from a gym by Brown's entourage.
The dust up happened about a month after he was arrested for assulting his then-girlfriend, pop princess Rihanna. He remains on probation for that attack.
Attorneys for both Brown and Rosen have not commented on the deal, which was announced in a court filing November 5.
