Off-Duty Officer Shoots & Kills Shoplifter

A Texas teen was shot and killed by an off-duty officer near a Walmart after attempting to shoplift phone covers. The teen allegedly ran from loss prevention officers at the Walmart and a struggle ensued. Mark Boyle reports.
