Harvard Law Professor Feldman: What Would We Say to Founding Fathers in ‘The Good Place?'

In testimony before the House Judiciary Committee, Harvard Law Professor Noah Feldman urged lawmakers to consider how they would reflect on their role in the impeachment proceedings when they were in “the good place or the other place.” He said in the afterlife “we may meet there Madison and Hamilton.”
