New Task Force Dedicated to Four Cold Cases in Tolland County

On Thursday, the Tolland State’s Attorney with State and Vernon Police announced the creation of a cold case squad to investigate the disappearance of Lisa White, Janice Pockett and Deborah Spickler, as well as female remains found in Vernon last year.
