People from Connecticut Volunteer or Ride Out Storm

Several people from Connecticut are either volunteering in the Carolinas during Hurricane Florence, while other people who have relocated are riding out the storm. Joe Apicelli, of Groton, is volunteering for the Red Cross in Greenville, North Carolina, to provide help for people areas damaged by Hurricane Florence. Jan Canning, who moved from Cheshire to Myrtle Beach, chose not to evacuate.
