Waterbury Family Remembers Man Shot and Killed

Luis Santiago was shot in the head on Wood Street Monday night. His family says he had just left church and was riding his bicycle home when he was struck with a bullet a block from his doorstep. Dozens held a vigil for him on Tuesday.
