Urban street flooding, poor drainage flooding and even small rivers and streams can flood in a set up like this.

The rain is one issue, and something we really need! We are still in a drought. The potentially bigger issue is the WIND! Southerly winds this afternoon and evening could gust over 50 mph. If these winds verify, property damage and scattered power outages are possible.

Thursday we'll return to the sunshine and cooler temps with highs tomorrow to Sunday in the mid 30s to near 40 degrees.
