Saturday Evening Weather Blog

Over the last 3 days Bradley has been able to pick up 1.32 inches of rainfall, the highest three-day total since mid-August when we had severe flooding in SW CT.

Behind the rain it was also breezy with winds gusting between 30-40 mph across the state.

Fortunately, tomorrow the winds will be slightly lower with gusts between 25 and 30 mph.

We'll start Sunday off with temps in the mid to upper 30s across Connecticut with shoreline temperatures near 40°.

As we move into the afternoon, we're expecting the temperatures to rise into the upper 40s to about 50 degrees statewide.

With the continued breeze it'll likely feel like the mid 40s, so the jacket will be needed yet again.

Our next chance for rain arrives on Tuesday with temperatures spiking into the mid 50s. As we approach Thanksgiving, another system will work its way closer to Connecticut. Temps will be cooler into the low and mid 40s. Scattered rain and even a few snow showers look possible into Black Friday. We'll continue to finetune the forecast over the next week.

Behind the Black Friday system, we're expecting a big temperature change as we head into the first week of December.
