Saturday Night Weather Update
The numbers are in. Bradley Int'l Airport in the Hartford, CT area did not have any precipitation on Saturday, November 30, on the last day of meteorological fall (Sept, Oct, Nov). That means this autumn was the driest on record in the Hartford area with 3.47" of precipitation, beating 1908 for the driest meteorological fall.
The first week of December 2024 will begin very similar to our recent dry weather pattern. There will be a few chances of precipitation in the coming days. Late Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday could feature some rain or snow showers. However as of this writing, the total amount of precipitation appears to be low.

Meanwhile regarding the temperature, it will be a cold stretch across New England over the coming days with highs around 40 and lows near 20.
Our next chance for snow will be Wednesday night with snow showers possible across the state. Some minor accumulation is possible in spots.
The cold weather shows no signs of leaving. Temperatures will drop even more by the end of next week with highs near or even just below freezing by next weekend.
