Wednesday Weather Blog

Connecticut is in full bloom as spring temperatures awaken the previously dormant vegetation. As a result, you may be stuffy and itchy because of spring allergies. Pollen levels will remain high for the rest of this week.

Thursday and Friday will be dry days with warm temperatures and low humidity levels. The fire danger will be elevated due to the warmth and dryness. We ask that you use caution when burning anything! High temperatures will be in the 60's along the coast, 70's (and possibly near 80) across inland towns.

Friday will be even warmer!

The sky cover Thursday and Friday will be partly to mostly sunny. Saturday, our next weather system arrives with clouds and rainfall.

It's unfortunate timing to get rain on the weekend, but we will get beneficial rain for our thirsty ground.

Warm weather conditions will continue for the rest of April, which ends on Wednesday of next week!
