The next four days will be rather unsettled with periodic rain. Some of the rain could be heavy on Monday and Tuesday.

Widespread rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches appear likely for much of the Northeast, possibly up to 3" in a few spots. This will have our rivers running at elevated levels.

Our weather will clear Thursday and become drier and warmer through Mother's Day weekend.
