Hazy conditions this afternoon thanks to some low level wildfire smoke. Air quality has remained at moderate levels throughout the day.

After a dry day and temps reaching the mid to upper 70s a few light showers will try to move in later this evening and into tonight. Temperatures should be able to drop into the 50s by Monday morning.

A few of those showers will be possible at times on Monday, as well. With most of the shower activity before midday. Most stay dry during the afternoon as mostly cloudy skies persist across the state to begin the workweek.

A better chance for rain comes on Tuesday as a cold front brings the chance for a few showers and thunderstorms by the midday and afternoon hours. Severe weather is not expected at this time.

If you're looking for some great beach or pool days, the latter half of the week looks nice across the state! Mostly sunny skies are expected on Wednesday and Thursday with temperatures warming back into the 80s.
