It feels more like February than April across Connecticut this morning with wind chills near 20°, because a cold wind from Canada is ushering this unseasonable air mass. This afternoon will be a bit nicer with diminishing winds and stronger April sunshine.

Tonight will be fair, clear and less windy. Temperatures will be on the cold side again, lows will be in the upper 20s to middle 30s.

Tomorrow will feature partly sunny skies in the morning with increasing clouds in the afternoon. high temperatures will be in the lower 50s.


Speaking of this weekend, the UCONN Women's basketball team has its parade this Saturday. Unfortunately, it appears a cold rain will be likely.

Saturday will be a raw, damp, cold day with plenty of rain showers, and even snow showers across parts of central and northern New England.
