We are still expecting an accumulating snow across parts of Connecticut by tomorrow morning.
A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for Tolland and Litchfield Counties through Thursday afternoon.

What to expect:
- Timing: 8 p.m. tonight until 9 a.m. Thursday
- Most towns will see little if any accumulation. In the hills, however, it will be a different story. Up to 4 inches may fall in the higher towns especially up by the Massachusetts border and in Litchfield County.
- Impacts: Thursday morning's commute could be slippery, and a few school delays will be possible especially the hills..
- What to do: Monitor our forecast, give yourself extra time on Thursday morning's commute, watch for icy spots Thursday morning on your way to work and school.
The rain snow line will set up fairly close to I-84 tonight and Thursday morning. In the valley locations, like around Hartford, even with snow falling the temperatures will be near 33 or 34F so accumulation will be tough. In the higher elevation it will be colder and that's where the snow will accumulate more readily.
Beyond the system tomorrow, leftover snow showers may fall during the day. It will become very windy with gusts over 40 mph possible. Some isolated power outages are a possibility.
A Wind Advisory has been issued for the entire state through Thursday night.
The coldest air of the season will move in Friday with wind chills in the teens.
