TIMELINE: Wind and Rain Impacts from Tropical Storm Isaias

Tropical Storm Isaias is expected to bring strong, damaging wind to Connecticut Tuesday afternoon and evening. A tornado watch has been issued for southern Connecticut as tropical storm Isaias makes its way towards the state and a tropical storm warning remains in effect statewide. A tropical storm warning had previously been issued for all of Connecticut ahead of Isaias' impact and remains in effect.
