Rain, sleet mix possible for some Monday morning

Showers returned overnight and there is a chance for some sleet Monday morning for some.

At best, there could be a brief coating of snow in the higher elevations of northwest Connecticut.

We'll dry out by Monday afternoon with high temperatures topping out in the 40s.

Most of this week remains cool.

There are more chances for rain by the end of this week and into the weekend as temperatures get warmer.
